Location

The NESRE project site is located 2.5 kilometer west of the Town of Hudson Bay, Saskatchewan and consists of approximately 170 acres of the lands west of the existing CN rail tracks traversing NW 6-45-3-2 and SW 6-45-3-2.  The site also includes an existing decommissioned Dehydration Alfalfa Plant. The north side of the project borders Provincial Highway No. 3 is accessible by a municipal road from the Highway. The site has been re-zoned to Industrial Land use by the Rural Municipality of Hudson Bay (“RM of Hudson Bay”) in order to accommodate the construction of the project. Hudson Bay is situated approximately 300 kilometers east of Saskatoon and 450 kilometers north of the U.S. border. A global key plan for the NESRE site is noted by Figure 1.
